Query by : Micrsoft bids for Yahoo takeover. What will take place now?
“Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) has pounced on slumping Net icon Yahoo Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) with an unsolicited takeover supply of US$ forty four.6 billion in its boldest bid yet to problem Google Inc.’s dominance of the worthwhile online research and promoting markets.”
what do you assume will come about now? Offered the electrical power MS presently has over the net, i believe that this is not a excellent thing.

Jeez the things I could do with 44 billion……
Yahoo will be more compateble with windows and any other microsoft programs. More updates to come!
Yahoo was taken over by Commie China a long time ago.
All hale Bill Gates.
Well I think yahoo’s shares will increase if yahoo accepts the offer, but I feel yahoo is going to loose it’s identity because of it. That’s if Microsoft is going to change it.
Poor yahoo, it works just fine without microsoft. But sadly they will probably sell out for the money
Bill will go Yuhoo and slap his side like he’s riding a hurse or something like that. I think the fourth reich would be better off if they changed the current Microsoft Swaztica to that of a Penquin or to something else entirely, Sevens.
We are all in deep Doo Doo!
Hi,The owners of Yahoo are running the show. They do not listen to what the users of Yahoo tell them. The changes that Yahoo makes in it`s operation are not posted to their users, they are just put into service weather the people like it or not. Something` s got to change ,and Microsoft will change things ,weather we like them or not.
Yahoo is a great place for community and sharing and should remain independent of larger corporations. Especially ones that make you buy certain things for others to work on your computer. We’re heading on a path in America where every thing is set to be owned by few dominating companies, destroying diversity and supporting inflation. So to you Yahoo I say, for the people, stick to that dream you had when you first thought of creating this legacy, protect your integrity, and resist the clutches of this one-world control.
In the short term Yahoo will reject the bid because the stock is at a low point and 44 billion is not enough.
Yahoo users will leave Yahoo in droves if Microsoft tries to imprint its buggy client heavy tools on Yahoo’s desktops.
The best case scenario is that Microsoft would incorporate some type of web based Microsoft Office into the MicroHoo website. The only problem with this is that I am sure Microsoft investors are sitting around saying why do we have to buy Yahoo to do this? We can do it without Yahoo and not spend 44 billion.
I am also unsure why Microsoft would spend 44 billion to become the #2 search engine…
I was thinking of asking a similar question about this.
I hope Gates can offer reform on Politics section if he takes over.
